SHIPPING
Once processing is complete, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Orders are most often shipped via UPS or FedEx. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.
RETURNS
All sales are final due to the custom, hand-painted nature of our products and sizing made to order. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us under 30 days. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, photos showing proof of damage are required.
ART PROCESS
Orders take 3–6 weeks to ship due to the behind-the-scenes process, not because of the painting time alone. All orders are completed in the order they are received, and there may be orders ahead of yours.
The process begins with ordering your shoe size, which can take up to one week. Once your order reaches production, the shoes are prepped (sanded and taped) before painting begins. The painting process itself takes 1–3 days, depending on the design details.
Please note that all work is done by one artist, and your order may also be filmed during creation, which can add to the overall timeline.
